Hi there! Are you ready to take on new challenges? Sofokus is looking for a sales-minded Digital Business Specialist to re-imagine our customers’ business. We are eager to find a person who wants to be involved in developing something new in the field of digital business solutions. We already have the brand and references but what we need is a senior doer to take us even further.

Due to growing markets in the capital region, we are now looking for someone to reinforce our sales team primarily in the Helsinki area. However, if you are the right person, we are ready to discuss about other major cities as well. The position of Digital Business Specialist has a significant impact to our customer experience, customer satisfaction and thus, the whole company. The role is vital for our growth and offers a wide range of new challenges even for an experienced specialist.
The position: Digital Business Specialist
We want to create measurable value for our customers with custom-fitted digital solutions. Every customer’s business is unique, thus are the solutions. Therefore, you need to embrace uncertainty. In this role, you are responsible for recognizing the needs of our potential customers and wrapping modern digital-driven solutions for them. Our solutions aim to provide measurable value, so your effort is critical for setting the tone right. Creativity and business-minded approach are your key assets to succeed in your task. As a Digital Business Specialist you will meet with potential and existing customers on a daily basis, so you must love being with people and helping them solve their problems. Also, you must be able to speak your mind and justify your professional opinion. You need to identify potential concepts and serve as a long-time business partner, who helps to find the best possible solution for our customer and for our team. In sum, we need a person who truly believes that working together towards a common goal is the only way to succeed.
Objectives for the position
In six months:
- You have found your place in our team and feel proud to be a part of Sofokus
- The people you have worked with value your insights and advice
- You have established new customer contacts with your extensively growing network
- You have succeeded in closing some new customer deals
- You have shown our customers that you live up to your promises
- You are eager and willing to learn more
After one year:
- You have proved your skills to close complex customer deals
- You have contributed to our growth and demonstrated your know-how in digital business
- Fluent in both Finnish and English
